Product information "de Buyer - Steel frying pan in 2 Sizes - Mineral B LOQY"
Perfect for searing, grilling, and browning. Steel allows for caramelization of juices on the surface and tenderness on the inside. Ideal for meats, skin-on fish, potatoes, fluffy omelets, and more. Can be used with the removable LOQY handle or with the pair of LOQY beech wood handles. The removable system allows you to transform your utensil into a frying pan thanks to the removable LOQY handle or into a Plancha thanks to the pair of removable LOQY handles.
Coated with beeswax for temporary protection against oxidation and to facilitate seasoning. Gradual seasoning provides natural non-stick properties.
The MINERAL B LOQI "Lyonnaise-shape" frying pan: the side is high, flared and rounded, without any sharp angles, enabling the food to slide easily from the pan to the dish or plate. The fry pan becomes naturally non-stick the more it is used thanks to the seasoning process. The extra-strong iron of this pan is suitable for intense sources of heat, including induction. The MINERAL B pan will be part of your kitchenware for decades, as long as you follow the specific instructions to use and clean the iron utensils. The blacker it gets, the less it sticks.
The LOQY handle is neither oven nor dishwasher safe.
