The round CHOC fry pan has a true "Lyonnaise" shape: the side is high, flared and rounded, without any sharp angles, making it easy to slide food from the fry pan onto a plate or dish. The high quality coating lets food slide and provides excellent non-stick performance. The long iron handle is fastened firmly with rivets; the French arch makes it easy to grip. The CHOC fry pan is ideal for gentle and delicate cooking, slow cooking, heating and warming up food. Not suitable for induction cooking.
Do not heat on its own or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware.
Care: wash by hand only, non-abrasive sponge.
