With its typically French shape, this mould is used to make traditional brioches or other desserts (biscuits, cakes, flans...) with an original style. Made of iron, it diffuses heat perfectly for uniform cooking and makes it possible to achieve the Maillard reaction (caramelization of the juices) for brioches as golden as you wish. Covered with a strong PFOA-free non-stick coating, this tray is protected against oxidation and also makes it easier to turn out the buns. An ideal combination of the advantages of iron and non-stick coating. Grease the mould before use.
